I stumbled across this page that thought it might be useful for all using VRay. It lists all of the values for different materials.

No problem. I went through the first 5 tutorials yesterday. They really help me to understand the awesomeness of VRay. They are quite old, so when he talks about QMC, in todays version, it is DMC.
