Yeah I have a challenge system probably 75% built, waiting for me to get off my arse and finish it.

It has a full voting system, and no you cant vote for your own entry.

I think at least 10. Maybe if we make people register to the challenge until a predefined amount of places have been filled then the competition starts and they can submit their entries.
